Arrow ECS are currently looking for a talented Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our team to assist in the smooth flow of goods and materials in Arrow Melbourne office at Bayswater North.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.
  • Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities.
  • Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports.
  • Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and extern customer requirements pertaining to processes
  • Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge
  • Support shipping, storing, and order fulfillment.
  • Transport and staging products within the facility.
  • Maintain clean and organized work and product storage areas.
  • Conduct audits of processes and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Health and Safety Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Follow proper handling and storage procedures for hazardous materials, if applicable. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Familiarity with ERP inventory management systems and software (eg. Oracle, SAP), intermediate Excel skills and Outlook, and comfortable using the computer.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF Scanner. It is essential to have a forklift licence.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and good work ethics.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehousing.
