About the role

We are seeking Casual Squad Coaches to offer high-quality coaching for Adults of all abilities at our Aquatic Centres including Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre, Ashfield Aquatic Centre, and Annette Kellerman Aquatic Centre.

Remuneration

$36.01 per hour + Casual Loading + Superannuation

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Competitive Strokes Instruction
  • Green License, Bronze License, or Development Coach accreditation
  • Membership with Swimming Australia or SCTA (Swim Coaches & Teachers Australia)
  • Current First Aid and resuscitation Certificate
  • Experience in Squad Coaching for Adults & Juniors

All new hires must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide a valid medical exemption.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and undergo necessary pre-employment checks, including police records, relevant qualifications, Driver's Licence, and work rights verification. Copies of verified documents will be kept on record by IWC.
