Your new company:

My client who are an international movers specialist who have been running for over 50 years, are looking for new internal sales people to join their business.

Your new role:

As an External Sales Consultant you are responsible for meeting with prospective customers in their property to evaluate their move requirements.

This includes marketing capabilities, building rapport with customers and converting prospects into sales. Your role will also include a component of back up for internal sales, where you are responsible for managing inbound enquiries in a timely manner. This includes gathering all relevant information to establish a positive relationship with prospective customers and booking surveys.

Responsibilities:

In-House Surveys and response to FNQ sales leadsSales ConversionCustomer ServiceInternal Communications About you: Builds and maintains constructive and effective relationships with peers and external stakeholders.Is able to cultivate rapport and trust with key stakeholders.Listens attentively to others; demonstrates openness to other points of view.Prepared to discuss opinions of difference openly, fairly and candidly.Uses their understanding of customer needs and activities to match solutions to issues and opportunities.Works consistently to identify and remove barriers.Accepts responsibility for results (positive and negative) of work; admits mistakes and takes steps to make amends and ensure same mistakes are not repeated.Escalates issues when required and in an appropriate timeframe / manner.Applies new skills and knowledge to the job.
