The Westin Brisbane is a luxury retreat, perfect for business and leisure travellers alike. With its city centre location, our hotel places guests near corporate offices and popular attractions, including the Botanic Gardens, Suncorp Stadium and the Treasury Casino.
Begin your journey with us as a Storeperson at the Westin/Four Points Brisbane. The Storeperson will be required to assist the Purchasing Leaders in maintaining realistic levels of all inventory goods in stores and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Loading Dock.
They will need to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure all goods received arrive on time and in ensure highest quality of all incoming goods.
- Follow up with suppliers should incoming goods not meet specification and quality criterion.
- Assist with monthly stock takes.
- Liaise with other departments on their needs ensuring all communications are understood.
- Deliver exceptional telephone service.
- Deal effectively with enquiries, requests and complaints in an empathetic manner.
- Post all food and beverage invoices and produce purchase order for receiver to match against when goods are delivered.
- Process and enter food and beverage invoices daily.
- Ensure all operational and control procedures are implemented and adhered to.
