AusCycling is the nation's peak riding and cycling body, representing more than 5 million Australians who ride bikes. Formed in 2020 from 19 state, territory, and national bodies, AusCycling is responsible for programs, projects and initiatives that encompass BMX, Track, Mountain Bike, Road, Para and recreational.
We help school kids learn to ride, we stage more than 500 events each year, we nurture clubs and create pathways, and we are responsible for the training, welfare, and performance of Australia's Olympic, Commonwealth Games and World Tour athletes.

Team Purpose
AusCycling's Sport Pillar oversees events and racing; workforce education and accreditation programs; competition rules and the State / Territory delivery network.
Position Purpose
As a member of the AusCycling Events delivery team, the Program Coordinator – SA is responsible for the planning and administration of Talent ID testing, intake and coaching sessions, and Foundation and Development programs.
Responsibilities
The following responsibilities are indicative requirements of the role and are not intended to represent an exhaustive list of all requirements.
Working under general supervision:
- Coordinate volunteer and contracted coaches for program sessions;
- Operate within program budgets;
- Communicate program resources to clubs and providers;
- Assist clubs and members with program inquiries;
- Report on participation numbers regularly;
- Role model AusCycling organisational values, demonstrating a high standard of behaviour, including respect for, and collaboration with others at all times;
- Adhere to, uphold and promote the principles of AusCycling policies and operating procedures;
- Other duties as directed to support the overall success of AusCycling, in support of other activities as directed from time to time.
