Competitive salaryWork full-time across four or five daysSupportive management team and 2IC The Centre This beautiful large-sized service located in the suburb of Fern Bay located in the Hunter region of NSW is seeking a passionate Centre Manager to lead their wonderful team and quality long day care centre on a permanent full-time basis. With carefully designed learning environments and lush outdoor spaces caring for children aged 0 to 5 years of age, this centre uses play to understand the individuality of each child, providing them with endless learning opportunities that extend individual, and group learning. Intentional teaching experiences are also evident through the centre program incorporating children's interests and contributing to children's individual wellbeing. This centre is located 20 minutes from Newcastle CBD, operating between the hours of 6.30am - 6.30pm. The Role Motivate, support and work in partnership with staff and the leadership team to exceed national quality standards Manage the daily operations of the centre Have a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) including the implementation of the National Law and National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), assessment and quality rating process and National Learning Frameworks including the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Creating and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders, families and the local communityEnsuring a high occupancy is maintained through marketing and community connections, in line with company values, and philosophy The Benefits Permanent full-time role within an established organisation offering potential to works towards higher management positions such as Area Manager/Quality AdvisorCompetitive salary Permanent full-time position across four or five days per weekExperienced 2IC and support from management, as well as a large group of centre managers across NSW that regularly connectRetailer, Gym, Insurance and Childcare discounts, and benefitsScholarships available to continue your studies if desired and ongoing training, and professional development opportunities
