Assistant Director, School Improvement Framework

Lead the development and implementation of projects aligned to the Education NT Strategy 21-25 priority area of 'Provide differentiated support for Early Childhood Education and Care services, schools and communities.' This includes implementation of a comprehensive service model for schools ensuring universal, targeted and focussed support tailored to local needs.
Strengthen regional and local staff responsibility, fostering place-based, community led and multi-agency approaches to support children, young people and their families.
Prepare high-level advice to optimise improvement actions for schools to implement their endorsed Annual School Improvement Plans and support the coordination of relevant networks to achieve this.
