About the Role

As a Room Service Attendant at Hyatt, you play a crucial role in ensuring the department operates smoothly according to the established brand standards. You'll deliver meals to guest rooms, take guest orders, and uphold a high level of professionalism and flexibility in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow opening and closing procedures according to standards
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu items
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and report complaints to superiors
  • Assist in order processing
  • Deliver meals to guest rooms and retrieve trays

Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Past experience in Food & Beverage within a hotel or similar fast-paced setting
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team
  • Flexibility to work on varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
