Role Overview

We are looking for a vital team player in the role of Supply Chain Administrator to manage various aspects of supply chain operations. Responsibilities include overseeing site provisioning, offering office administration support, managing facilities, providing ICT and HR assistance, coordinating uniform availability, procuring essential supplies, and delivering administrative support to different departments. Additionally, this role entails handling general reception duties, organizing daily courier services, managing internal meeting catering, and ensuring visitor management complies with regulatory standards. With a keen focus on organization, meticulous attention to detail, and seamless event coordination, this position plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of the supply chain.

Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager - Logistics

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Purchase Orders and oversee vendor setup and maintenance for supply chain operations.
  • Handle site provisioning management.
  • Execute office administration tasks.
  • Support facility management.
  • Conduct financial reconciliation activities.
  • Generate and distribute reports as necessary.
  • Provide ICT and HR support.
  • Ensure availability of uniforms for site personnel.
  • Procure personal protective equipment, stationery, and other supplies.
  • Offer administrative assistance to various departments.
  • Manage general reception duties.
  • Coordinate internal meeting catering and daily courier services.
  • Oversee visitor management processes to comply with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Support site safety and security systems.
  • Coordinate functions and events.
