We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / Adviser to join our HR team, based in our Perth offices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Functional people plans to drive innovation, collaboration and accelerationCulture programs to deliver and manage high performanceSupporting line leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary mattersRegular cyclical activities including promotions and remuneration reviewsChange management frameworks to influence/drive Functional transformationLeadership development and succession planning

Skills & Experience:

Degree qualified in HR or relevant degree (mandatory)Some knowledge of Resources / Energy sectors would be highly beneficialThis role will be required to operate fairly independently so we are seeking someone with considerable demonstrated experience in HR (ideally around the 10-15 year mark)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to build high-trust relationshipsFlexibility - a portfolio is not set, so the person could support anything from operating sites to corporate functions.
