They currently have an immediate vacancy for a Civil Supervisor to work regionally and contribute to the rapid growth of their company's portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring they align with project plans and specifications.

Managing and coordinating the construction team, subcontractors, and equipment effectively.

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all workers.

Operating excavators and other plant (if necessary)

Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest construction standards.

Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Troubleshooting and resolving on-site challenges promptly to maintain project progress.

Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on project developments.

Requirements:

Demonstrate experience in civil works including roads, earthworks, drainage

Strong knowledge plant operating, and industry regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
