The Position

  • Prepare and produce mouth-watering dishes across all sections to high standards while adhering to dietary requirements and guest preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours
  • Adapt to different environments and kitchens while consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences

The Person

  • Have full working rights in Australia
  • Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
  • Must have knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques
  • Have strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
  • Be flexible to work on a FIFO/DIDO roster, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
