Essential Skills:

  • Proficient communication abilities
  • Demonstrated empathy and compassionate care
  • Autonomy to work independently and harmoniously within a team
  • Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure task completion
  • Techsavviness or a keenness to learn smartphone/tablet usage
  • Physical fitness for tasks involving manual handling and extended periods of standing and sitting

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or a willingness to pursue)
  • Competency in medication administration
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
