YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Customer Service Coordinator Assistant (Traineeship), you will provide fundamental administrative and customer service support to Customer Service Coordinators and the wider Workplace Services team to the highest standard of quality to enhance efficiencies in the running of day-to-day operations.


The key focus for the Customer Service Coordinator Assistant role, is to provide administrative support for tasks within their respective Insurer Categories to ensure our teams can provide a high-quality service within all SLA timeframes.

To also assist with booking travel requests in a timely and cost efficient manner.

  • Regularly monitor and acknowledge assigned Insurer inboxes and portals, follow task card processes, ensure data accuracy in Case Manager, and promptly follow up on missing information and unallocated cases daily.
  • Comply with the internal processes for submitting reports and proceed to transmit or upload them to the designated insurer inbox.
  • Deliver exceptional overthephone customer service in strict adherence to the administrative task card guidelines and proficiently handle message taking.
  • Manage stationery supplies, petty cash, car maintenance, office supplies, appointments scheduling, mailbox, IT equipment, new starter/completion forms, office requirements, ad hoc tasks, and provide customer service to stakeholders.
  • Monitor travel requests, review details and action within our internal request timeline.
  • Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) guidelines encompassing referral set up, allocations, reports, document sending, estimates, contact updates, file closures, answering incoming calls, invoicing, customer reporting, as well as accurate and confidential maintenance of data.
