DL Contracting Services Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organised Contractor Administrator to join our team. As a Contractor Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating contracts for our construction projects.
This role involves liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and maintain strict compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks:
- Contract Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and closeout. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and monitor contract performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and uptodate contract documentation, including agreements, amendments, and correspondence. Organize and maintain contract files for easy reference and audit purposes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all contractrelated queries and communication. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to address issues and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the contract process, from drafting to execution by all parties. Perform regular audits to identify and mitigate any compliance risks.

Cost Control:
Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for contract-related expenses. Work closely with finance teams to track costs, analyse variances, and optimise budget utilisation.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and key milestones. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on contract data and analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in contract administration procedures. Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance overall contract management capabilities.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Contract Management and/or Minimum 3 years of fulltime work experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
Salary:
$75,000.00 per year
