The Position


We are seeking dedicated people who enjoy a challenge and are committed to supporting people to a life that is personally fulfilling.


We currently have 5 x open roster lines available on a Permanent Part Time basis in a SIL home in Lilydale with short morning, day, evening, and active night shifts.


Supporting 5 wonderful people who live together in a group living supported independent living site nestled amongst the beautiful trees in Lilydale.


The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • A commitment to supporting people as individuals.
  • A commitment to encouraging and facilitating people to have choice and control within their own homes.
  • Experience in working effectively with people who have complex communication needs (desired by not mandatory).
  • Experience in supporting people with a complex health and physical support needs.
  • An understanding of human rights and personcentered practice.
  • A track record of effectively working within a dynamic team environment.

You will also bring with you

  • Full unrestricted Drivers Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Capacity to wear Personal Protective Equipment including mask, eye protection, gown and gloves at certain times when directed.
  • Proof of COVID19 full vaccination, including booster
