The opportunity:

As part of the continuous evolution and maturity of the business, the need for a

Growth Marketing Manager (Forex) has been identified. As a leader (and manager) in the team, the business will look to this person for direction in relation to our marketing efforts across lead generation, acquisition, retention, digital, search, brand and customer experience. In addition,

command over the Japanese language will be a huge bonus.


A creative thinker, this person will receive support from the leadership to identify and deliver change across the business including (but not limited to) product marketing, customer acquisition, client communication, website & content as well as team design & resourcing.


Responsibilities:

  • Research, planning and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Design, implementation, and management of highly targeted marketing campaigns
  • Broaden spectrum of activities by introducing new communication channels
  • Build and maintain a high performance team (and culture) that can deliver change continuously
  • Where team building takes time, find third parties to speed up change
  • Lead innovation and CX improvements across the business
  • Build strong content creation capacity to support other teams needs

Expected deliverables:

  • Growth of customers coming via direct or semidirect channels
  • Broaden the purpose of our content to grow more sticky website traffic for other content than trading
  • Reduce client drop off during onboarding by introducing continuous improvement
  • Lead and/or support of functional improvements delivery
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales team to produce collateral

Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in the securities brokerage industry
  • Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in growing and managing a team
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with multiple projects simultaneously

Fluency in English and Japanese languages (each additional language is an advantage)

  • Good communication skills and comfortable working with tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with GSuite, knowledge of Marketo or similar software
