About the Centre/Service


We are a community run, one room stand-alone sessional preschool offering two four year old and one three year old group.

We offer a Bush Kinder program to our four year old groups as well as offering a nature play program within the three year old program.

We are fortunate enough to border Mullum Mullum Linear Park and Currawong Bush Park and utilise these within our program.

We have been awarded an EXCEEDING National Quality Standards rating in 2023 in all areas and educators are passionate to continue to offer outstanding service to the community.

We are strongly committed to maintaining a child-safe environment at all times and adhere to current Child Safe standards.

Gum Nut Gully Preschool has a proud reputation for providing high quality services that help each child reach their full potential.

Description


The lunch reliever role at Gum Nut Gully Preschool entails working both of our four year old groups alongside extremely well regarded and experienced teachers and amazing co-educators.

The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and will be confident to assist in the delivery of a high quality program.

You will require a working knowledge of the VEYLDF, the National Quality Standards and The Child Safe Standards. This position is to commence as soon as possible.

We offer a high quality program, we are a well resourced preschool and have an incredibly passionate team of educators who collaborate as a well functioning team.

Qualifications

  • The successful applicant needs to hold a
  • Diploma in Children's services
  • Current
    WWCC
  • Current Police Check (no more than 6 months old)
  • Current relevant first aid qualification (including current CPR,Asthma and Anaphylaxis)
  • Current Mandatory Reporting training
  • Experience in sessional preschool preferred
