The primary objective of this role is to manage and expand a client portfolio by providing support to our senior brokers.



This role will involve:
  • Coordinating and preparing new business quotes and renewals
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with quick turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other important stakeholders
  • Aiding in overall account and debtor management
  • Identifying areas for enhancing internal business processes and cost-effectiveness and collaborating with the Gallagher Service Centre to ensure accurate preparation of processes and information
  • Collecting pertinent client details and pinpointing key issues to support brokers
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for both external and internal clients
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends through participation in internal and external training sessions, industry seminars, etc.
  • Applying ethical, professional, and integrity-driven best business practices

This presents a fantastic career opportunity. To be considered, a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar role is required, preferably within the Insurance or Financial Services sector, in addition to:

  • Preferably having a Tier 1 or Tier 2 qualification, or willingness to obtain one with full support from the organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent administration skills with keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent client services
