Job Description:

What will you be doing?

  • Training new airesourcers
  • Training for existing airesourcers
  • Quality checks on airesourcers
  • One on one with airesourcers for feedback
  • Continuous improvement around airesourcing processes
  • Encouraging airesourcers to take ownership and develop their own work
  • Assisting with rostering
  • Airesourcing call lists weekly
  • Actioning automations for our automation support service
  • Assisting AiRESourcing Leader where needed

Job Qualifications:
Are you the right fit?

  • 2+ years client management experience
  • 2+ years training experience
  • Call centre experience
  • Managing telemarketers experience desirable
