_2nd and 3rd year apprentices encouraged to apply_

Applicants Role

  • Duties and Key Responsibilities would involve but is not limited to:_
  • Operating jobs on Lathes, CNC-Lathes, CNC mills and a variety of other machines
  • Understanding and using hand tools
  • Preventive maintenance on workshop machines
  • Attending Tafe when required
  • Ensuring all work is to a high standard and adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Work in a group environment.
  • Work safely adhering to WH&S requirements,
- comply with requirements of ISO9001, API Q1 and any other applicable Quality Standards

Skills And Experience

  • Ability to pass a Preemployment medical, drug and alcohol test
  • Completion of year 11 preferred.
  • Have a strong mathematical aptitude
  • Be able to demonstrate a mechanical aptitude
  • Be excited and enthusiastic about the opportunity in hand
  • Have a clear eye for detail
  • Be able to work well with others
  • Be tidy and presentable at all times
  • Strong team focus
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Show great initiative and responsibility
