What you'll do
This is a critical role within our Sterile Production team, where you will carry out tasks required to monitor microbiological environmental and personnel monitoring testing ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are maintained

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct viable and nonviable environmental monitoring as per current procedures
  • Effectively manage, coordinate and complete all sterile area entry training and revalidation
  • Perform risk assessment to ensure aseptic best practices are followed
  • Ensure training records are correct and complete
  • Ensure QNs and OOSs are reported and investigated in a timely manner
  • Facilitate effective CAPA implementation
  • Provide advice on Microbiological quality related matters to all personnel entering sterile area
  • Provide regular feedback to all personnel entering sterile area on aseptic behaviors and technique

Essential for the role

  • Experience in Good Manufacturing practices
  • Knowledge and understanding of the principles and concepts of compliance management and Good Manufacturing Practice
  • Knowledge and understanding of Safety, Health and Environment
  • Competent in problem solving and microbiological risk analysis
  • Highly proficient in time management and administrative tasks
  • Flexible approach to work ensuring that production requirements are met

Desirables for the role

  • Qualified in Tertiary Education in Science majoring in Microbiology or equivalent in a scientific discipline
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microbiological testing and analysis
