About the role


The Consultant Rheumatologist contributes to the provision of safe, best practice clinical services to patients of, and referred to, the Rheumatology Department.

They contribute to teaching, training and research activities at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

The Consultant Rheumatologist also contributes to the service achieving best practice in the design and delivery of clinical services to its patients.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
  • Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and Registrable with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority with Specialist Registration.
