CBRE's Development and Infrastructure team is a full-service advisory, providing strategy, feasibility, planning, procurement, structured transactions and delivery of large scale, complex development and infrastructure projects across Australia.
About the role:
- Development and infrastructure advisory services for Government and private sector clients, including project feasibility, planning and transactions.
- Forming a key part of the QLD team, you'll report to the Principal.
- Delivering Business Case management within the QLD Government Business Case Development Framework for Government Agencies.
- Project management, including scope development, consultant and supplier procurement, project scheduling, financial tracking, risk management, contract administration and project reporting.
- Managing engagement and performance of consultants and suppliers.
- Preparing written reports and presenting to clients.
- Fostering client engagement and developing meaningful relationships with government and private sector clients alike.
- Business development and client base expansion.
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline such as: Engineering, Construction Management, Property Economics / Development, Town Planning or Architecture.
- Proven track record working as a Development or Project Manager, Designer, Engineer or Town Planner within the public or private sector.
- Successful background in the planning and delivery of complex projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- An eye for detail with an analytical mindset and numerical proficiency.
- Team player with energy, enthusiasm and the capacity to collaborate and share knowledge and ideas.
