The Role:

The ICT Operations Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day ICT operational activities across TAE Aerospace. This encompasses Infrastructure support (server and network both cloud and On-prem), end user compute support (hardware and software), telephony support (VOIP and mobile), asset management, printer management. Keeping TAE Aerospace systems and services operating to its defined agreement internally with the customers and externally with the service providers. The role will utilise monitoring applications and ITIL based ITSM Service Desk software to track requests and performance within the organisation. Also supporting the ICT Strategy and understand its relationship with the wider TAE Aerospace Vision and Strategic objectives.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and consistent high-quality ICT day-to-day service and support ensuring that all requests are acknowledged, responded to, and resolved within agreed timeframes.
  • Monitor, support and maintain all ICT related assets, both hardware and software ensuring strict compliance with process.
  • Create, monitor, and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures/processes, and knowledge base articles.
  • Undertake project related work or support ICT projects to cost, schedule and outcomes when required.
  • Monitor, support and maintain core systems and services ensuring operational readiness at all times.
  • Build strong relationships and a collaborative working environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Information Systems are desirable and/or Business or similar or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to deliver outstanding user service outcomes and provide continuous service improvements.
  • Good knowledge Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS). AWS/AZURE knowledge/experience desirable.
  • Excellent understanding of desktop and network hardware, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • A passion and drive to deliver to keep their customers flying.
