The position delivers business improvement initiatives, tools, policies and processes across the Transport and Infrastructure Group (TIG). This achieves business continuity and improves the effectiveness of our operations.

Duties- Manage allocated business improvement initiatives in line with current project and task management practices, and in collaboration with various business areas.
- Develop, review, and quality assurance of internal business policies, processes and support resources.
- Carry out research and analysis to identify areas for improvement within the group. This includes developing high level documentation, recommendations, and options.
- Utilise business applications to design, implement and maintain effective solutions. This includes online forms, workflow and other corporate applications.
- Complete post implementation reviews to ensure agreed improvements are delivered, outcomes achieved, lessons captured, and further improvements identified.
