About the role:
An appealing opportunity for a seasoned Student Counsellor to make an impact at BHI.
The Student Counsellor offers counseling services to BHI Group students to enhance their learning outcomes and overall well-being. This involves e-counselling, group activities, projects, and collaboration with colleagues.
The Student Counsellor is part of the Student Life counseling team. In this role, you will work closely with the wider Student Life team and interact professionally with BHI Group employees and external stakeholders.
This part-time position (.6 FTE - 3 days a week) offers a salary of $77,949 plus superannuation.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Hold a relevant Psychology or Social Work degree
- Registered with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligible for Australian Association of Social Workers membership
Experience
- Skilled in evidence-based short-term counseling with diverse populations
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting
