About the role

Bupa Optical Miranda has recently undergone a significant renovation and we are searching for a new team member to join us.

This role involves providing customer service and retail sales in a top-notch optical store. As a casual member of our Miranda team, you will play a vital role in our mission to establish this business as the preferred destination for eye care and eye wear in the area. You will have the opportunity to work with prestigious designer brands such as Tom Ford, YSL, Prada, and Gucci, offering the finest products on the market while providing outstanding service to all customers.

This position is casual, with approximately 2-3 days of work per week, including weekends. *Working hours may increase during busy periods.

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong background in customer service and sales, ideally gained in an optical or high-performing retail environment. You should take pride in the service you provide, be capable of meeting sales targets, have a passion for current trends, and be willing to assist customers in selecting the right frames.
