Gym Floor Supervisor - Casual position:

Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort is an integrated resort featuring a championship golf course, international standard spa and fitness centre, luxury resort, conference and dining facilities.

Located only 4kms from Noosa's Hastings Street.

We are currently seeking a casual
Gym Floor Supervisor, approximately - 6 hours per week, to join our supportive and dynamic team.

As a Noosa Springs Fitness staff member your primary aim will be to provide support and service to members, and ensure that all clients have the best workout possible.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Group Fitness Classes
  • Greeting Members
  • Daily Cleaning of the Fitness Centre
  • Pool testing
  • Build a personal training client base
To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following traits:

  • Attention to detail
  • Courteous and friendly with a calm presence
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Shifts: Wed 5pm 8pm plus fill in shifts as required
  • Have Fitness Cert. III (Cert. IV desirable)
  • Current CPR and First Aid
  • Group Fitness qualifications
  • Computer competency
Prior experience in a Fitness environment will be highly regarded.

Administration Assistant has become available within Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort.


Located in the Heart of Noosa Heads, Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort consists of a renowned spa, championship golf course, fitness centre, swimming pool, tennis centre, apartment accommodation, restaurant and function/conference facilities.

As an Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to all departments and the Club Manager.

What does the role look like?
Provide administrative and secretarial support to all departments, including, but not limited to:

  • Managing the Reception desk
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes
  • Printing and packaging marketing and event material
  • Managing stock levels and ordering stationary
  • Calendar management
  • Assisting managing workplace training for staff
  • Assisting making golf bookings
  • Ensuring brand integrity

What you bring to the role?

  • You are a team player with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise yourself while being flexible to changing priorities.
  • Have a "can do" kind of person who thrives on solving problems and being proactive.
  • Good relationship skills and confident to be able to work with a wide range of clients, suppliers and internal staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • You maintain highlevel confidentiality and can work with people from all levels of the organisation to promote a professional and positive image of Noosa Springs.
  • Have strong computer skills MS office knowledge including Word, Excel and databases.
