About this role:


This award-winning architecture practice produces consistent and considered work across an array of project typologies - from commercial and multi-residential, to infrastructure and urban master-planning schemes.

They require a Studio Manager to be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the practice's day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cash flow record keeping: Managing financial transactions, including invoicing and forecasting, to ensure accurate and uptodate cash flow records.
  • Tax payment schedule and payments: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and overseeing the timely payment of taxes.
  • Accounts receivable and payable: Managing accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payments.
  • Prepare fee letters: Assisting in the preparation of fee letters for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Internal staff management: Handling internal staff management tasks such as wage administration, visa processing, and taxrelated matters.
  • General frontofhouse duties: Managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial management and record keeping, preferably in a creative or architectural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management, invoicing, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
