Are you an enthusiastic team player seeking a career in healthcare? Ringwood Private Hospital is looking to employ Food Services Assistants to join our supportive team.

We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals with great customer service skills to join our busy team.

We offer a friendly and supportive atmosphere, with a flexible working environment on a part time or full time basis.


As a Food Services Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver, serve and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays
  • Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly
  • Clean and maintain utensils and kitchen equipment in accordance with hospital & industry food safety and hygiene standards

Selection Criteria:

  • Current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 (working towards or willing to attain)
  • Prior experience in Healthcare Food Services
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as a part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts early/late shifts & weekend work
