Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in Hospitality
  • Experience in a fast pace environment
  • Leading and coaching a diverse team
  • Maintaining food safety and safety standards
  • Experience managing a team around 10 people
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Proven experience achieving KPIs and maximising profit
  • A genuine commitment to exceeding customer service principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Commitment to excellent personal presentation
  • Able to show initiative and give direction
  • Coordinate with food and drink suppliers
  • Oversee stock levels, kitchen operations and events
  • Barista expereiance is essential
