Located in Knoxfield, our client is a well established manufacturing company looking for a Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator to manage inwards and outwards goods, assist in the loading of orders onto delivery trucks and liaise with senior management and production staff where necessary.


Your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:

  • Managing/loading orders into trucks with checklist.
  • Be able to lift up to 20kgs/Physically Fit
  • Work in a team environment.
  • Have an eye for detail.
  • Other duties related to the factory may be required at times
  • Communicate with other staff to ensure the right products are loaded
  • Coordinate communications with production, despatch, administration and senior management as necessary
  • Load/Unload trucks.

In oder to be successful in this role your resume needs to demonstrate:

  • Experience in warehouse and dispatch roles.
  • Superior customer service skills
  • The ability to work within a team.
  • Good decision maker/shows initiative.
  • Personable/Approachable.
  • Well organised, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills.

Prior to commencing your role you will be asked to provide documents supporting that you have the following:

  • Full Drivers license
  • Full work rights within Australia
  • A current and clean Police Check
  • A current and clean Drug Screening
  • A current and clean COVID19 test

In exchange for your hard work you will receive the following

  • Clean working environment.
  • Company parking.
- $25 per hour.

  • 7am 3:30pm Monday to Thursday.
  • 7am 1pm Friday
