CrewSELECT are searching for motivated Mechanical Trade Assistants to join the team for work around the Perth areas.

Job Overview:

Assisting the tradespeople to provide a fully comprehensive maintenance and installation service of all industrial doors and loading systems.

  • Promptly carry out repairs, servicing and maintenance of all types of industrial equipment.
  • Workshop cleanup.
  • Use of hand and power tools.
  • General labouring responsibilities.
  • Carry out fault finding and diagnostic analysis, including replacement of all equipment parts, as necessary.

About the role:

- $35 per hour + penalties.

  • 810 hours days depending on the workload.
  • Saturday work available.
  • Immediate start.
  • Blend of workshop and around Perth work:
  • Perth work: the airport, shopping centres, distribution centres, and many more.
  • Workshop: Maddington.

About you:

  • Proven experience with strong local mechanical skills.
  • Proven experience using power and hand tools.
  • Proactive attitude with get up and go.
  • Great communicator and have a strong willingness to learn.
  • Dedicated and adaptable.

Tickets and Licenses:

  • Construction white card.
  • Current drivers license and reliable vehicle.
  • EWP license is highly regarded.
