The role:


You are to demonstrate ongoing commitment to continuous improvement of processes to optimise team performance whilst ensuring an integrated outcome within and across functions.

Your opportunity

  • Facilitating the provision of an efficient and highquality service to internal and external customers.
  • Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements, perform controls, adhere to process and procedures pertinent to the role.

The role and Day to day will include:

  • Prepare reporting and insights on a regular cadence, highlighting business performance against service targets as well as the delivery of internal and external customer servicing in line with relevant policies and agreed service standards.
  • Execute against strategic initiatives to deliver business continuity and ongoing operating efficiencies, while managing risk and controls, ensuring adherence to correct process and procedures in business, and conduct regular reviews in alignment with changes to industry standards.
  • Coach, support and enable a diverse leadership team and broader business of ~70 Bankers through timely feedback, training and development programs, including the successful deployment of the distinctive leadership principles.

What you will bring:

  • Experience driving and leading change while fostering a customer focus and continuous improvement culture within a team.
  • Able to identify and demonstrate a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in call centre environments; and
  • Able to build strong relationships and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders using a variety of techniques.
  • Engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to both maintain & improve strategic working relationships; and
  • Engagement and collaboration within Fraud Operations and the broader GI&F and FCO teams.
