The opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Engagement and Support Coordinator to join the Bupa Aged Care People team

In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in enabling a seamless and customer-focused experience relating to the Grow your career ambition within Bupa Aged Care. This includes ensuring a positive onboarding experience of overseas placements and identified roles along with supporting the coordination of key Grow your career initiatives.

This is a permanent full-time role and can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid work options available.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include:

  • Coordinate employee relocations in accordance with Bupa policy and processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees and their families
  • Act as the primary contact for offering guidance on relocation policies, procedures, and processes to new employees and collaborating with General Managers responsible for welcoming newcomers into the Care Home
  • Lead and oversee Mobility administration to achieve operational goals
  • Manage the coordination and delivery of initial support services, including accommodation, personal items, and necessary registrations
  • Support key stakeholders to set identified critical roles up for success in accordance with the role specific induction process
  • Lead technological enablement of key induction activities
  • Coordinate regular experience surveys for new starters and provide insights for opportunities for improvement
  • Oversee the coordination and logistical elements of career pathway and leadership development activities across the business
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide insights and detail regarding the career pathway and leadership development offerings
  • Provide regular reporting to track and monitor progress and outcomes to continually improve the effectiveness of Grow your Career initiatives and development activities

What do I need?

  • Extensive prior senior administrative experience in a large or global organisation
  • Demonstrated exemplary stakeholder management skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team player who demonstrates strong initiative
  • Ability to manage workloads to priorities and deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience in internal/global mobility would be beneficial (but not required)
