Our client who are a mid-sized law firm based in the CBD is currently seeking a Discharge Paralegal with 1 day WFH.


Duties:

  • Action and coordinate mortgage discharges and partial discharge requests
- instruct solicitors

  • Finalise settlements
  • Attend to PEXA and LSW workflows
  • Order and review property searches

Who are you?

  • 2+ years experience working in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or banking industry;
  • Previous and relevant previous experience in home loan finance mortgage and customer service
  • Highly organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent typing skills and proficient in MS Office
