Position Overview


We are seeking a casual pool of experienced HC licenced drivers based in the western surburbs, to undertaking local & regional work.

This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals who are required to display a commitment to the company and their compliance standards and values.


Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Day to day operation of a multi and or heavy combination vehicle.
  • Daily Prestart checks on vehicle and MHE equipment.
  • Based in Truganina, Melbourne Metro work.
  • Completing con notes/run sheets and ensuring you collect all the critical documents.
  • Adhering to the Driver Manual and customer safety goals in direct areas of responsibility and adhering to all relevant OH&S legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
  • Recording load weight in accordance with HVM.

Minimum 2 years' experience (refrigeration experience highly desirable).

  • Extensive experience with coupling and uncoupling trailers, setting up Double & or Semi combinations.
  • Good understanding of load restraint.
  • Possess an HC Licence.
  • High customer service skills, good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation.
  • Mature attitude with the ability to work independently.
