However, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the endtoend recruitment process including headhunting.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Explore new advertising strategies and platforms
• Collect recruitment documents and complete internal checks such as visa and work rights
• Promote the company's reputation as "best place to work"
• Support the People & Culture Manager in the onboarding of new employees
• Support the People & Culture Manager with companywide events & activities.

You will have to possess the ability to run through walls to get to a solution.
