My client are a high profile business within the FMCG, Supply Chain industry and after a recent internal separation form their parent company, they are looking to grow their own GRC team.

Currently they have a team of around 5 Risk and Compliance professionals ranging from CISO to Security Analysts.


This role will be to spearhead the IT Security practice, bringing in skills within NIST, ISO27001, Cyber Security, ISMS, and utilising a technology background.

It is also a heavily stakeholder facing position, so personal skills and effective communication skills are paramount.

  • Tertiary qualification in information technology or cyber security
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT and or information security experience
  • Exposure to IT security operations in a large enterprise or critical infrastructure environments
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly in liaising between Business and IT functions to initiate and implement the development, delivery, and support of solutions
  • Working knowledge of SOCI Act, ITIL, privacy legislation, Essential Eight, NIST and ISO2700x
  • Indepth understanding of security and analytical concepts
