HITH provides acute nursing therapy to patients in the community as a substitution for care otherwise provided in the inpatient setting.
The Role
Alfred Health Hospital in the Home (HITH) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced registered nurses for the position of clinical coordinator.
The role involves workforce delegation and collaboration across a wide range of stakeholders including patients and carers, ward and programs leads, pharmacy, external service providers, and more.
Skills and Qualifications
_ Essential:
_
- Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
- IV cannulation accreditation
- Computer and general IT literacy
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
_ Desirable:
_
- Current experience within the acute and or ambulatory/community setting
- Current experience in chemotherapy / oncology care
