In this role, you'll:

  • Act as a site representative for Transport for NSW on the Pennant Hills Rd upgrade [M2]
  • Aid in the improvement of traffic flow increasing to three lanes in both directions
  • Oversee the relocation of underground and overhead services
  • Liaise with the community, predominantly owners and stakeholders related to affected properties within the work area
  • Manage and oversee civil surface works conducted by Transport for NSW and our valued industry partners
  • Attend daily prestarts, report on project progress and complete quality, safety, & environmental surveillance
  • Collaborate with your delivery partners, industry partners and additional internal stakeholders across engineering, environment, technical, safety and quality to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes

About you

  • Previous experience working in construction surveillance or as a civil construction supervisor / foreman is preferred however this is an entry level role and we are interested in hearing from applicants looking to move into this style of role with on the ground experience working on road projects.
  • Knowledge and understanding of different Road pavement types
  • Previous experience on motorway road construction projects or other major infrastructure projects preferred
  • Looking for work life balance, offering a 38hour week
  • Willing and able to work night shift in line with project requirements
  • Previous experience in managing utility relocation and Knowledge of utility ensuring that utility relocation is done in a timely manner requires coordination not only by the utility companies, but by the project
