About the team


Under the Property team, the
Property Officer (AS4) will be a part of a highly respected, successful, and proactive team comprising of 40+ professionals who work across 4 teams that oversee Transactions, Strategy & Planning, Advisory, and Corporate Facilities.

We're looking for a dynamic, engaging, and driven individual eager to roll up his or her sleeves and ready to gain exposure across all aspects of portfolio management.


This is a
permanent,
fulltime opportunity based in
Brisbane CBD with a
starting base salary of $85,307 plus 12.75% superannuation and 60/40 hybrid (WFH) work options to support the balance between work and personal commitments.

  • Substantial experience in delivering property services on behalf of an organisation and managing its property portfolio.
  • Exceptional customer engagement, communication (written and verbal), and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines and timeframes.
  • Amazing customer and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to analyse problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with real estate software.
  • Qualifications in Property Economics, Business or other relevant fields while not mandatory would be highly regarded
