About the role


This position is responsible for the development, and delivery of training material for the implementation of the Talent Suite (Performance, Careers and Goals, Talent & Succession, and Learning), and HR Help Desk for Council's Oracle HCM System.

This role will work closely with the Change and Training Lead and focus on creating material that optimises engagement and helps in the successful uptake of the end-to-end solution.


On a daily basis you will:

  • Analyse training needs and requirements and develop, or facilitate the development of, training material in consultation with key stakeholders and project partners to ensure that training delivery meets the project requirements.
  • Create eLearning content, facilitator guides and Quick Reference Guides
  • Deliver training and briefing sessions to end users and impacted stakeholders.
  • Contribute to, and execute testing for the Learning module
  • Upload course details, content and materials to the system as required

About You

  • Facilitation of learning and development programs for a diverse organisation, from Frontline Staff to Senior Managers
  • Experience in instructional design including eLearning development
  • Demonstrated experience in HRIS/HRMS/HCM implementation (desirable)
  • Experience in working in a projectoriented environment and delivering tasks to a project timeline
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills

What's on offer
We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $112,104 to $123,426 (salary + super).
