Based in Glenorchy and under expert guidance from your supervisors, gain the knowledge required to set you on a path of administration.

What can you gain from completing a traineeship through Work & Training?

  • You would be employed by Work & Training the largest employer of Apprentices and Trainees in Tasmania, and hosted for the duration of your traineeship.
  • You would receive professional guidance from your immediate supervisors, as well as mentoring and support from a Work & Training consultant.
  • The theory side of your qualification would be conducted oneonone in the workplace, with expert tuition, by one of our amazing registered trainers.
On completion of your traineeship you would receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business - BSB30120.

Learning on the job

  • Expect to gain confidence customer service skills with reception duties.
  • Develop your written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Become adept in time management, priorities, and scheduling your workload.
  • Your proficiently with Microsoft & Google Suite will develop to a professional level.
  • Learn how to prepare and compose documentation with accuracy.
  • Gain an understanding of data entry and word processing.
  • Certificate II in Business qualification.
  • Customer service and / or experience in the community services sector.
  • Drivers licence.

  • National Training Wage applies.
