Morcare Services are looking for multiple passionate support workers to join our amazing team to support TAC, NDIS and My Aged Care clients in Kilsyth and surrounds.

Your Responsibilities
As a Support Worker with Morcare, you will assist clients with the following tasks:

  • Community Access
  • assisting clients out in the community such as Shopping assistance, going to the Cafe, Gym Programs, Hydrotherapy and day programs
  • Domestic duties maintaining household cleanliness, vacuuming, mopping and laundry.
  • Personal care activities including showering, dressing and toileting
  • Supporting clients within their own homes and out in the community
  • Meal assistance and preparation.
  • Plus more

Shift Locations:
Mooroolbark, Kilsyth, Croydon, Ringwood, Lilydale and Surrounds

Shift Times:


We have a variety of weekday and weekend shifts to suit most availabilities in the above mentioned suburbs and surrounds.

Qualifications:

A Certificate or qualification that relates to Support Workers duties is preferred, but

If you have a Certificate III (or above) in Aged Care, reach out today as we have clients requiring specific support needs

Your Requirements:

  • Full Australian drivers license
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • A reliable car to attend shifts or transport clients
  • Current Level 2 First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Certificate or qualification related to Support Worker duties (preferred but not essential)
  • International Police Check (if required)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Reliable and Punctual
  • Caring nature and ability to understand clients and their needs
