About the Role:

Stellar Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Pricing Specialist for our client based in Perth, WA.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience:

  • Minimum three years of working knowledge, or suitable and demonstrable experience in operations roles with pricing aspects.
  • Experience quoting mining logistics.
  • Familiar with mining equipment and industry requirements.
  • Experience in all aspects of intermodal logistics and project pricing.
  • Experience working with airlines, transport companies and shipping lines.
  • Understanding of CW1 software (preferred).
  • Understanding of CRM software (preferred).

Position Summary

  • The role will support a strong and growing, sales team completing pricing requests as they arrive.
  • You will assist the team in attaining monthly and annual targets.
  • With your experience, you are expected to arrive and hit the ground running as you work autonomously to assist the business to meet customer requirements.
  • The role is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with the new and existing clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Thorough use of internal systems including CW1 for quoting.
  • Supporting the Projects & Sales teams in attaining targets.
  • Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets,
  • Creation of quotations by collecting, analysing, and evaluating buy side inputs.
  • Preparing proposals and pricing documents.
  • Assisting with sales reports, and presentations.
  • Maintains accurate records.
  • Assist with proposal presentations and responses.
  • Attending, as required internal and external client meetings.
  • Maintains accurate records.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
