The Opportunity

As a member of our Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services team, this role involves a blend of recruitment and HR support, ideal for a recent HR graduate with recruitment exposure seeking a career in HR. Proficiency in systems like JobAdder, Workday, or similar is preferred, and being comfortable with technology is a plus. This dynamic role will require you to manage multiple priorities and tasks daily, with each day presenting unique challenges. Your exceptional attention to detail and willingness to assist in any way will be instrumental in navigating through an exciting phase of transformation within our HR division. Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment support on a national scale (posting job ads, applicant screening, interview coordination, reference and vevo checking, setting up one-way videos, onboarding processes).
  • Organizing career events for local Tafe, Universities, and schools, including invoicing, designing and printing materials, gathering merchandise, and updating event calendars.
  • Assisting in visa application processes and coordination.
  • Updating job listings in the ATS (Jobadder), corresponding with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Preparing and distributing employment-related documentation (forms, contracts, letters).
  • Coordinating administrative HR functions (service awards, reporting, document updates).
  • Participating in small and large-scale projects and initiatives as part of the Global HR team.
The Essentials
  • Prior experience in recruitment/HR within a fast-paced setting (agency or internal).
  • HR or similar tertiary qualifications.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Databases).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Aptitude for working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Quick learner with adaptability.
