We are growing rapidly & seeking a Product Manager to spearhead our upcoming Loyalty Product launch (we are open to all levels).


Our Loyalty Product aims to take our customer relationships to the next level by creating an unparalleled travel loyalty program that truly resonates with our audience.


As the Product Manager for our Loyalty Product, you will be the visionary leader responsible for turning the Loyalty concept into a reality.

You'll have the chance to shape and execute the product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

Your innovative thinking and strategic approach will be pivotal in creating a loyalty program that not only delights our members but also sets new industry benchmarks.

About The Role


Our cross-functional teams include Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers focused on delivering solutions and solving problems rather than simply completing tickets.

The structure is flat, and the process is lean, with a culture of MVP, iteration, and "build, measure, learn" at the heart of everything we do.


What You'll Do

  • Build a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively.
  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage.
  • Manage the endtoend product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch.
  • Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.
  • Continually identify opportunities to enhance the tours customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver highquality, valuable products.

Your background

  • Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a highgrowth business.
  • Proven problemsolver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation.
  • Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence crossfunctional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about building products that customers love.
  • Demonstrated success in defining, metrics to launch excellent products.
