Inventory Specialist

Whether you're in a distribution centre, a bakery, in-store or on the road, you're an important part of an Aussie icon at the heart of the nation.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the availability of products in the Grocery and Dairy departments.

You'll contribute to store operations by driving effective inventory processes that will provide a great shopping experience for our customers.

• Previous experience working in a fastpaced environment
• Direct/indirect leadership experience as you'll be leading, coaching and developing team members to meet sales targets, cost control and inventory requirements
• Ability to keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
• Be well organised with excellent time management skills
• Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
• Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first
